최근 변경 (검토용)

facts 키만. git log 전체가 아니다. 운영 사실을 여기서 새로 만들지 않는다.

검토 스탬프

Tyro가 이 표만 보고 OK 하면 → review.last_ok / review.last_ok_commit을 찍고, 아래 pending은 비우거나 아카이브한다.
facts가 또 바뀌면 봇이 키 단위 행을 여기 추가하고, 채팅에는 짧은 요약만 남긴다.
검토는 이 페이지만. 확인된 facts 페이지에는 초안 배너를 두지 않는다.
